How we work
Our Process
Survey, design, install, support: how we take a building from patchy WiFi to fully managed.
- 01
Site survey
We walk your building. A site survey covers layout, existing infrastructure and tenant numbers, so the design is based on what is actually there, not a floor plan and a guess.
- 02
Network design
The network is designed around what the survey finds: coverage in every room, no guesswork. Access points are planned around your layout and tenant density.
- 03
Installation
Our engineers install the network with minimal disruption to tenants. Access points go where the survey says they should, so the signal reaches every room, not just the corridors.
- 04
Monitoring and support
After go-live we monitor the network 24/7, catching faults before tenants report them. Residents contact us directly, so your site team never fields a WiFi complaint.
Built on tried and tested hardware
What we stand by
Our Values
Reliability
If the WiFi drops, we know before you do: every network we run is monitored 24/7.
Innovation
We build on WiFi 6 and proven TP-Link and Cisco hardware, so your network handles more devices each year without a rebuild.
Customer-First
Tenants call us, not you. Problems get fixed by the engineers who built the network.
